Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in restaurant or food service
  • Successful completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course
  • Obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Adherence to appearance and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certification
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Two years of restaurant or food service experience
  • Completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course
  • Obtaining and maintaining New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and casino regulations

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts
  • Interact with guests to ensure excellent service and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Lead and coach employees to foster a positive work environment
  • Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct daily communication meetings with staff
  • Manage staff schedules and delegate responsibilities to optimize workflow
