Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Minimum two years of experience in restaurant or food service
- Successful completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course
- Obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Adherence to appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certification
- One year of supervisory experience
- Two years of restaurant or food service experience
- Completion of New Mexico Food Handlers course
- Obtaining and maintaining New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and casino regulations
Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts
- Interact with guests to ensure excellent service and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Lead and coach employees to foster a positive work environment
- Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct daily communication meetings with staff
- Manage staff schedules and delegate responsibilities to optimize workflow
