Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures

- Proficiency in POS systems

- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
- Formal training in restaurant management or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including daily service, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise restaurant staff by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage restaurant inventory, track stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest complaints, and seek feedback to improve service
- Use POS systems proficiently to process orders, manage payments, and generate reports
- Create and manage staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage
- Resolve conflicts between staff or guests to maintain a positive work environment
- Motivate and lead the team by fostering a collaborative atmosphere
- Develop and deliver training programs for restaurant staff
