Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in food and beverage
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- proficiency in English language
- punctual and reliable
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must present a professional appearance with complete uniform
- adherence to company and safety policies
- knowledge of OSHA and local health regulations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Assists with training and development of curators
- assists Director of Food and Beverage and the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of F&B operations
- responds immediately and graciously to guest service issues
- performs all job duties toward maximizing guest service
- conducts themselves professionally with awareness of guest view
- knowledgeable of all menus and general guest information
- adapts to change, new situations, changes in staffing and procedures
- knowledgeable in special service procedures and paperwork
- maintains regular attendance and punctuality with complete uniform
- manages reservation system, flow of service, server and bartender side work, and opening and closing procedures
- facilitates staff briefings prior to all shifts
- assists with and/or facilitates the execution of banquets
- motivates, inspires and challenges the team to achieve their highest level
- recognizes and motivates excellent performance
- coaches and documents low performers
- encourages staff to embrace company mission and values
- maintains current knowledge of company and departmental policies
- promotes excellent guest service and handles guest concerns professionally
- maintains restaurant cleanliness to company standards
- assures sanitation standards as per OSHA and local health codes
- participates in daily safety and cleanliness inspections
- assigns cleaning tasks during slow periods
- reports maintenance requests timely
- ensures restaurant equipment maintenance and safe operation
- trains associates for safety and security adherence
- performs managerial functions with POS system
- responsible for cash handling and accountability
- performs duties of host, server, server assistant, and food runner when needed
- communicates daily with Director of F&B, F&B Manager, Executive and Sous Chef
- maintains positive relations with kitchen staff
- undertakes additional tasks as assigned by Director or Manager of F&B
