Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic computer skills including familiarity with restaurant software systems
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
- strong knowledge of service flow and beverage cost control
- hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- experience with Toast and OpenTable is a plus
- a true team player with a passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Lead and energize front of house teams, restaurant, lounge, and banquet teams in PDR
- ensure top-quality food, presentation, and service every time
- train and develop team members to reach their full potential
- support scheduling, coaching, and team performance
- keep communication strong across all levels
- jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
