Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • basic computer skills including familiarity with restaurant software systems

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
  • strong knowledge of service flow and beverage cost control
  • hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • experience with Toast and OpenTable is a plus
  • a true team player with a passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead and energize front of house teams, restaurant, lounge, and banquet teams in PDR
  • ensure top-quality food, presentation, and service every time
  • train and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • support scheduling, coaching, and team performance
  • keep communication strong across all levels
  • jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
