Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodations
- Availability for flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts
- Professional demeanor with a warm smile and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- TABC or FH certification
- Experience mixing drinks and cash handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Support and train restaurant staff
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Uphold brand standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
- Handle scheduling and labor management
