Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodations
  • Availability for flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts
  • Professional demeanor with a warm smile and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • TABC or FH certification
  • Experience mixing drinks and cash handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Support and train restaurant staff
  • Manage inventory and ordering
  • Uphold brand standards and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
