Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience at Chick-fil-A or 3 months at Chick-fil-A plus 6 months relevant management experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week with a minimum of 25 hours
- Availability to open and close at least 2 days per week or open or close at least 3 days per week
- Completion of Chick-fil-A Team Leader course and 3 months experience at that level
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a general manager in fast food or assistant/key manager in full service restaurants
- Completion of Chick-fil-A Team Leader course with at least 3 months experience in that role
- Strong leadership and emotional control skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure restaurant metric targets are met including labor productivity and food cost
- Maintain high standards of food safety and quality
- Manage and support guest service to ensure a positive experience
- Lead, coach, and develop team members for optimal performance
- Plan and organize shifts including opening and closing procedures
- Handle high-stress situations with strong emotional control
