Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience at Chick-fil-A or 3 months at Chick-fil-A plus 6 months relevant management experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week with a minimum of 25 hours
  • Availability to open and close at least 2 days per week or open or close at least 3 days per week
  • Completion of Chick-fil-A Team Leader course and 3 months experience at that level

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a general manager in fast food or assistant/key manager in full service restaurants
  • Completion of Chick-fil-A Team Leader course with at least 3 months experience in that role
  • Strong leadership and emotional control skills
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure restaurant metric targets are met including labor productivity and food cost
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  • Manage and support guest service to ensure a positive experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members for optimal performance
  • Plan and organize shifts including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle high-stress situations with strong emotional control
