Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of training and instructional methods
- Physical ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work occasional weekends and stayovers
Job Qualifications

- Relevant combination of education, training, or experience in hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Demonstrated positive leadership characteristics
- Knowledge of curriculum and training design principles
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Experience in customer service and team supervision
Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
- Ensure the floor is covered during all meal periods to guarantee all steps of service are followed
- Monitor and enforce adherence to service standards as outlined in training materials
- Complete checklists, requisitions, and opening and closing functions each shift
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate pertinent information
- Communicate with guests and employees effectively
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Promote hotel facilities and services and resolve customer issues
- Monitor food quality and service standards
- Utilize computer systems for billing, inventory, reporting and correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness of all outlets
- Coordinate beverage and inventory reports with management
- Support marketing efforts and update promotional materials
- Assist in planning and executing special events
- Ensure maintenance and proper use of equipment
- Participate in Manager on Duty coverage
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
