Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of restaurant service experience
  • at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • food safety certification or ability to earn within 60 days
  • alcohol awareness certification or ability to earn within 60 days
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend or squat as needed
  • must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
  • flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift
  • Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out
  • Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant
  • Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient
