Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of restaurant service experience
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- food safety certification or ability to earn within 60 days
- alcohol awareness certification or ability to earn within 60 days
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend or squat as needed
- must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift
- Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out
- Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant
- Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient
