Job Duties
- supervises the presentation of the food that is made
- makes orders of disposable material such as cups and plates
- helps with the activities of the department such as serving, cooking, and handling the register
- is responsible to know the ingredients that are used for a meal on the menu
- is responsible to verify that the co-workers of the department prepare each one of the plates from the menu when they are asked for
- is responsible to know the price of each product on the menu in the department
- is responsible to have announced in sight to the public the menu with the new prices on the correspondent board
- supervises the hygiene of the personnel of the department
- suggests new plates for sale
