Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years related experience in a supervisory or training role preferred
  • Valid Food Handler’s Card and gaming license required
  • Experience in food handling, sanitation and customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly
  • Availability to work scheduled events
  • Excellent attendance record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years related experience in a supervisor capacity or as a trainer preferred
  • Valid Food Handler’s Card
  • Valid gaming license
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation and customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests
  • Knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines and safety standards
  • Basic math skills for POS cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethics and confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of culinary staff to maintain company presentation standards
  • Teach proper preparation and food presentation techniques to kitchen staff
  • Assist in controlling food and labor costs
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet standards
  • Assist with monthly inventory
  • Provide high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for guest delivery
  • Prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
  • Report any maintenance needs for kitchen equipment
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Observe, temper and test foods to ensure proper cooking
  • Portion, arrange and garnish food plates for delivery to guests
  • Consult with Executive Chef to plan menus and estimate food consumption
  • Maintain excellent attendance and availability for scheduled events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
