Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior hospitality experience required
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant staff and scheduling
  • ensure excellent service delivery
  • monitor inventory and control costs
  • maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • handle problem solving and guest issues effectively
