Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- knowledge of restaurant and kitchen procedures
- ability to manage and train staff effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining high-quality customer service standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory position within full-service restaurants
- knowledge of beverage cost management
- understanding of sequence of service
- experience with Micros POS system is a plus
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets
- supervise the entire kitchen staff including restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation associates
- provide supervisory guidance, aid, and counsel to all kitchen and restaurant associates
- train associates in proper seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, display work, cleaning and sanitation
- assist in writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing all personnel
- maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates
- write and present disciplinary action as needed
- provide associates with the tools and equipment needed
- take immediate action on operational problems in the kitchen or restaurant
- participate in weekly staff meetings, BEO meetings with sales, food and beverage meetings, and monthly kitchen inventory
- ensure all food served is high quality, properly prepared, and efficiently expedited
- support all areas of food service and assist as needed in other hotel operations
