Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all front of house operations including training servers and assisting guests
- Ensure the Host/Hostess area is clean and organized and provide support during peak periods
- Oversee and monitor opening and closing side work responsibilities with servers and bussers
- Supervise bartender and server check-out and cash closing procedures
- Coordinate special tour luncheons with Sales and Marketing Specialist and Restaurant Manager
- Ensure guests' dining experiences exceed expectations by providing extraordinary hospitality
- Execute proper and accurate closing procedures according to company policy
- Provide objective and professional feedback to the Restaurant Manager on operational issues
- Train, coach and mentor front of house staff
- Perform additional duties as requested and adhere to job-specific duties checklists
