Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage supervisory role
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory position within full service restaurants
- knowledge of beverage cost management
- understanding of sequence of service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- hands-on approach
- familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is a plus
Job Duties
- Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets
- supervise kitchen, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation staff
- provide supervisory guidance, aid, and counsel to associates
- train associates in job duties including seasoning, food production, plate presentation, cleaning, and sanitation
- assist in writing schedules, evaluating staff, and directing personnel
- maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates
- write and present disciplinary actions as needed
