Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory position within full service restaurants
  • knowledge of beverage cost management
  • understanding of sequence of service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • hands-on approach
  • familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is a plus

Job Duties

  • Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets
  • supervise kitchen, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility, and sanitation staff
  • provide supervisory guidance, aid, and counsel to associates
  • train associates in job duties including seasoning, food production, plate presentation, cleaning, and sanitation
  • assist in writing schedules, evaluating staff, and directing personnel
  • maintain open verbal and written communication between management and associates
  • write and present disciplinary actions as needed
