- at least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness and sanitation program
- implement assigned crew management activity
- implement assigned cost management activity
- manage operations of assigned packaged program
- assist restaurant general manager/store management team in achievement of store business goals
- support operational excellence and adherence to company standards
- communicate effectively with team members and management
