Job Requirements

  • Completed at least high school education
  • at least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • high energy level
  • able to work varying work schedules including holidays
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable
  • computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Duties

  • Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness and sanitation program
  • implement assigned crew management activity
  • implement assigned cost management activity
  • manage operations of assigned packaged program
  • assist restaurant general manager/store management team in achievement of store business goals
  • support operational excellence and adherence to company standards
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
