Job Requirements

- prior experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- commitment to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
- review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
- monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
- visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
- communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally
- enforce safety standards with employees
- ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
