Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality role
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to stand for extended periods
  • ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • commitment to maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames
  • review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
  • monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly
  • visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
  • communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally
  • enforce safety standards with employees
  • ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned
