Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in restaurant supervision
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- knowledge of training design and instructional methods
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to participate in occasional weekend stayovers
- commitment to uphold all company policies and legal standards
- willingness to assist with special projects and events
Job Qualifications

- proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff
- observe performance and encourage improvement
- ensure floor coverage during all meal periods
- ensure all steps of service are followed daily
- complete checklists, requisitions and opening and closing functions each shift
- organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
- communicate effectively with guests and employees
- remain calm and alert during emergencies
- ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations
- promote hotel facilities and resolve customer issues
- monitor food quality and service standards
- use computers to charge customers and create reports
- ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness of outlets daily
- solicit guest feedback
- assist with inventory management
- submit detailed daily and monthly reports
- support marketing and social media promotional activities
- plan and set up special events
- oversee equipment maintenance
- conduct competitive research and report findings
- support food and beverage operations including special projects
- participate in Manager on Duty coverage
- complete other duties as assigned
