Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must have a valid health card or equivalent
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be physically able to stand and mobilize for long periods
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Must have a valid health card or equivalent
  • Must be able to perform simple math calculations and understand units and measures
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to work well with others

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties of any FOH staff member as needed
  • Understand and accurately explain menu details including specials, preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, and substitution options
  • Verify that all menu items meet company quality standards 100% of the time
  • Train new hires on company service style, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assign daily side work and manage kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee cleanliness and address health hazards and code violations promptly
  • Check food storage for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness and instruct corrections
  • Ensure proper check-in and check-out of servers and crew according to company policies
  • Assist with staffing coverage and adjust as needed to meet business demands
  • Communicate operational concerns or updates to management
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly per company guidelines
  • Monitor employee attendance and document tardiness or absences
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
  • Pass all certification and training exams related to the role
  • Handle cash payments and process credit/debit card transactions following procedures
  • Count and balance cash register at shift end
  • Prepare currency for bank deposits
  • Ensure sufficient change availability daily
  • Report operational information to the manager at shift end
  • Ensure compliance with MWR regulations
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
