Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise banquet events from setup to cleanup ensuring all details are executed per client specifications
- Lead and manage banquet staff servers and bartenders providing direction and support
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Oversee event setup ensuring proper presentation cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces
- Monitor service quality during events resolving any issues promptly to maintain high standards
- Maintain adherence to health safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in training and mentoring restaurant and banquet staff
- Promote a positive team environment and uphold the hotel's reputation and excellence
- Support restaurant operations and maintain high standards of service
- Collaborate with management team to ensure the restaurant's success
- Supervise staff during shifts and provide guidance as needed
- Assist with scheduling and training new team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle guest concerns and address issues promptly
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Process guest payments and oversee cash handling procedures
- Support the implementation of promotions and events
