Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • previous experience in hosting, serving, or cashier role
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership skills with team management experience
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • cash handling experience
  • familiarity with MICROS POS
  • TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certifications preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling experience and familiarity with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant staff and scheduling
  • ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
  • monitor inventory and assist with cost control
  • handle cash management and POS system operations
  • resolve guest complaints and issues promptly
