Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage service or banquet operations
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Proficient in English language
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of banquets to ensure compliance with SOPs, banquet event orders, safety regulations and optimal service
- Calculate and review banquet checks ensuring accuracy and distribute to appropriate teams
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of banquet areas and equipment
- Analyze banquet event orders, complete set-ups accurately
- Set tables correctly and uniformly in assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and associates to ensure proper room setups, equipment, supplies, and staffing
- Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Maintain integrity of company proprietary information and protect company assets
- Act as a guest service role model setting examples of excellent customer service
- Assist servers and bartenders during meal periods and busy times
- Handle guest problems and complaints promptly
- Obtain guest feedback informally to assess quality of food, beverage, service and satisfaction
- Ensure point of sale operations and cash handling follow standard procedures
- Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas
- Empower associates to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee restaurant, lounge and banquet areas in absence of non-exempt managers
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
