- at least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

- must be able to work varying schedules including holidays
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- computer literate in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness and sanitation program
- implement assigned crew management activity
- implement assigned cost management activity
- manage operations of assigned packaged program
- assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in achieving store business goals
- maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- support continuous improvement initiatives in store operations
