Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in restaurant industry with guest facing lead role preferred
  • Manager Food Safety Certification required or ability to pass the test if provided
  • Personable and enjoys working with guests and leading a diverse team
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and providing exemplary guest experience with strong English speaking skills
  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends, day and evening shifts
  • Must maintain regular, predictable attendance including all scheduled shifts, training, and meetings
  • Ability to remain stationary for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, bend and reach overhead frequently
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend directions and spatial cues
  • Must be able to move regularly around the restaurant, work safely, and occasionally in outdoor conditions

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in restaurant industry with guest facing lead role preferred
  • Manager Food Safety Certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Strong English speaking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Experience with scheduling and staff management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales metrics and operational tools

Job Duties

  • Opening and closing shifts including monitoring attendance, breaks, cash management, and shift reports
  • Managing ordering, inventory, waste logs, and restaurant emails
  • Ensuring team accountability and performing supervisory tasks as assigned
  • Participating in hiring, scheduling, progressive counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Serving as a community ambassador to build strong guest relationships
  • Leading operational execution to meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Coaching and developing team members for leadership readiness
