Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years related experience in supervisory or trainer capacity preferred
- Must acquire and maintain valid Food Handler's Card and gaming license
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and guests
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to meet company attendance standards
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years related experience in a supervisory or trainer role preferred
- Valid Food Handler's Card and gaming license (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
- Knowledge of sanitation, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math functions related to cash transactions, reconciliation, and inventory
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Work with executive chef to coordinate and supervise culinary staff to maintain presentation standards
- Display knowledge of culinary preparation skills and teach others proper preparation and food presentation
- Assist in controlling food and labor costs
- Conduct regular inspections to assure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Provide high-quality, fresh food products timely for guest delivery
- Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Observe food preparation to ensure proper cooking
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food plates for guest delivery
- Show demonstrated ability to meet excellent attendance standards
- Perform other assigned duties
