Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in hospitality or related customer service roles
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • leadership abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • cash handling experience
  • certification in TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant staff
  • ensure excellent service delivery
  • handle inventory management and cost control
  • resolve guest issues promptly
  • maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
