Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or leadership experience in a retail, restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Ability to work standing on feet for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping and reaching
  • Ability to lift packages
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, small space environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant crew members
  • Deliver training to restaurant crew members
  • Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to crew members
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
  • Control food costs to help maximize profitability
  • Complete inventory count and purchasing on a weekly basis
  • Complete weekly labor schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
  • Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans
  • Complete quarterly bonus plans
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
  • Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance
  • Coach restaurant crew members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
