- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand for extended periods

- food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
- work in a fast and independent manner
- cross-train and work multiple stations
- consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
- maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
- contribute to the team by taking initiative and helping others
- arrive on time for shifts and practice proper time reporting
