  • Proven experience managing and motivating in a customer service environment
  • Related experience in food service or food service management program
  • Experience in recruitment, staff development, and training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation for minor staff after school hours
  • Work with managers to ensure ongoing development of dining staff by reviewing performance reviews and coaching
  • Develop, coordinate, and present dining skills training for service and sanitation
  • Collaborate weekly with recruiter to support staffing for front and back of the house
  • Ensure efficient hiring and onboarding process of dining hourly staff with Human Resources
  • Support dining service hours as floor manager to maintain service standards and mentor staff
  • Reinforce training programs and coaching with students and staff
