Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a skilled culinary team
- train and manage kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of execution
- ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization protocols
- conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support a team-oriented kitchen culture
- execute all menu items and recipes with consistency and quality
- monitor food prep, holding, storage, and rotation systems
- maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to the highest cleanliness and safety standards
- work in tandem with the Executive Chef to streamline kitchen efficiencies and control costs
