Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a lead line cook role in a high-volume setting

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a skilled culinary team
  • train and manage kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of execution
  • ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization protocols
  • conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support a team-oriented kitchen culture
  • execute all menu items and recipes with consistency and quality
  • monitor food prep, holding, storage, and rotation systems
  • maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to the highest cleanliness and safety standards
  • work in tandem with the Executive Chef to streamline kitchen efficiencies and control costs
