Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in high volume kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of high-volume kitchen management experience as a chef
  • Proven track record of achieving financial results
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
  • Strong passion for customer satisfaction and culinary excellence
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, portions, percentages, and volume
  • High level of integrity, trust, and honesty

Job Duties
