Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related kitchen leadership role
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Good physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sous chef or kitchen management role
  • Proven ability to maintain high food quality and safety standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with fast-casual restaurant operations
  • Passion for wholesome, clean food and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Ensure product preparation and presentation uncompromisingly meets company standards
  • Ensure constant tasting, inspection and constructive critique of all food being served
  • Direct overall activities and performance of team members on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Promote and manage line and kitchen organization, cleanliness and sanitation
  • Be responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the line and kitchen
  • Communicate genuinely, truthfully, and transparently
  • Exhibit excellent personal accountability and a strong team spirit
