Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • passion for food quality and customer satisfaction
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • experience in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant environment
  • leadership experience in kitchen management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • culinary education or equivalent experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • ensure product preparation and presentation meets company standards
  • conduct constant tasting, inspection, and critique of food
  • direct activities and performance of team members per shift
  • promote and manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • maintain upkeep and cleanliness of kitchen and line
  • communicate genuinely and transparently
  • foster team spirit and accountability
