Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-casual or high-volume kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personal accountability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a sous chef or assistant kitchen manager in a fast-casual or high-volume restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate kitchen teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality food standards without compromise

Job Duties

  • Ensure product preparation and presentation meets company standards
  • Constantly taste, inspect, and critique all food served
  • Direct overall activities and performance of team members on shifts
  • Promote and manage line and kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the kitchen and line
  • Communicate genuinely and transparently
  • Demonstrate excellent personal accountability and teamwork
