Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen management or sous chef experience preferred
  • Ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Ensure product preparation and presentation uncompromisingly meet company standards
  • Constantly taste, inspect, and constructively critique all food served
  • Direct overall activities and performance of team members during shifts
  • Manage line and kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of the kitchen and line
  • Promote a genuine, truthful, and transparent communication style
  • Foster a team spirit willing to do what it takes to get the job done
