Job Duties

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest satisfaction and service efficiency
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Assist chef de cuisine with menu development and kitchen strategy
- Monitor and manage kitchen financials, including P&L responsibilities
