Job Requirements
- At least 2-year experience with luxury setting/upscale fine dining
- experience with Mediterranean cuisine
- pizza making experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience
- formal culinary training or degree preferred
- experience with wellness cuisine and dietary-specific offerings is a strong plus
- strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Support the executive chef in managing all kitchen operations, including staffing, inventory, and menu execution
- lead, mentor, and train a diverse culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- collaborate with the executive chef to develop innovative menus aligned with our wellness philosophy and seasonal ingredients
- oversee food preparation to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance with sanitation regulations
- maintain food cost controls and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- contribute to a positive team environment and promote a culture of excellence and accountability
