Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a 10-year TSA background check
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Full service restaurant experience preferred
- Front of house and back of house experience is an asset
- Barista experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Duties
- Support the management team in ensuring standards of service are consistently achieved by the team and team members
- Understand that our guest is our number one priority
- Maintain brand operational standards and ensure that restaurant checklists and cleaning schedules are completed daily
- Coach team members through the induction process by acting as training buddy to ensure comprehensive orientation and maintenance of brand standards
- Communicate and clarify major job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
- Provide support, direction, and encouragement to help the team succeed in delivering business goals
- Observe, discuss, and document both good and unacceptable performance accordingly
- Assist team members in developing skills and abilities necessary for improved performance
- Ensure products are of the highest quality
- Oversee cash handling duties
