Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass a 10-year TSA background check
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Full service restaurant experience preferred
  • Front of house and back of house experience is an asset
  • Barista experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in ensuring standards of service are consistently achieved by the team and team members
  • Understand that our guest is our number one priority
  • Maintain brand operational standards and ensure that restaurant checklists and cleaning schedules are completed daily
  • Coach team members through the induction process by acting as training buddy to ensure comprehensive orientation and maintenance of brand standards
  • Communicate and clarify major job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
  • Provide support, direction, and encouragement to help the team succeed in delivering business goals
  • Observe, discuss, and document both good and unacceptable performance accordingly
  • Assist team members in developing skills and abilities necessary for improved performance
  • Ensure products are of the highest quality
  • Oversee cash handling duties
