Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- previous supervisory experience in the food or restaurant business
- experience with food inventory
- knowledge of proper and safe food handling
- ability to work any area of the restaurant
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- experience with cash management and point-of-sale systems
- experience with employee scheduling
- must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide identification

- supervise crew members in training on operations, product preparation, cash management, and opening and closing checklists
- assist in staff and operations management as a role model
