Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Previous supervisory experience in the food or restaurant business
- Experience with food inventory and proper food handling
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant and lift up to 25 pounds
- Cash management and point-of-sale system experience
- Employee scheduling skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and provide appropriate identification

- Previous supervisory experience in the food or restaurant business
- Experience with cash management and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices
- Strong organizational skills in employee scheduling and inventory management

Job Duties
- Promote Papa Murphy's specials and upselling techniques
- Provide above-and-beyond customer care and maintain a friendly, community-based atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with Papa Murphy's operational measures and standards
- Supervise and train crew members in product preparation, efficiency, and cash management
- Assist in managing daily operations and staff while serving as a role model
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold store operational standards
- Analyze food and labor controls to support cost-effective store management
