Job Requirements

  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Physical capability to perform bussing and running duties
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities
  • Commitment to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
  • Setting up station for each shift
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables
  • Running hot food to guests promptly and accurately
  • Providing guest support for servers as needed
  • Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining physical stamina by standing and moving during 8 to 12-hour shifts
