  • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Maintain communication with team members to ensure clear expectations and effective collaboration
  • Monitor compliance with food safety standards and protocols
  • Support training and development of team members
