Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member responsibilities
- At least 1 year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive team culture and mentor employees
- Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Highly organized multitasker experienced in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed especially during peak hours callouts or understaffed shifts
- Handle first-level customer concerns personally assist customers with allergies ensuring no cross-contamination
- Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously including line operations tech tools and guest interactions
- Use clear verbal communication to delegate tasks problem-solve in real time and align team and customer needs
- Monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and digital reporting
- Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination and maintain allergen awareness
- Ensure team compliance with restaurant policies maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
- Stay calm and professional in high-pressure or high-volume situations
- Perform all essential functions of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
