Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and peak hours
  • Prior experience in leadership or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead across both front- and back-of-house
  • Strong communication and team motivation skills
  • Ability to uphold food safety and operational standards
  • Energetic and positive demeanor during busy shifts
  • Capacity to oversee shift routines and delegate tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and work alongside the team during shifts
  • Ensure steady execution of food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Support and motivate team members through effective communication
  • Manage open, mid, or close shift routines
  • Delegate responsibilities to maintain smooth operations
  • Recognize and celebrate team contributions and shift successes
  • Address issues promptly to maintain positive guest experiences
