Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including busy shifts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to upholding cleanliness and food quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
- Ability to lead and support both front- and back-of-house teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
- Positive attitude with high energy during peak hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift
- Oversee food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards
- Delegate responsibilities to maintain smooth service
- Manage opening, mid, or closing shift routines
- Communicate clearly with team and resolve issues promptly
- Recognize team member contributions and celebrate shift successes
- Support and participate during busy shift periods
