Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including busy shifts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Commitment to upholding cleanliness and food quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead and support both front- and back-of-house teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards
  • Positive attitude with high energy during peak hours
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift
  • Oversee food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards
  • Delegate responsibilities to maintain smooth service
  • Manage opening, mid, or closing shift routines
  • Communicate clearly with team and resolve issues promptly
  • Recognize team member contributions and celebrate shift successes
  • Support and participate during busy shift periods
