Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of the job
- Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Willingness to cross-train in various crew responsibilities
