Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including busy shifts
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations by delegating responsibilities effectively
  • Uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage opening, mid, or closing shift routines
  • Address team communication and resolve issues during shifts
  • Recognize and celebrate team member contributions and shift achievements
  • Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
