Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • minimum of one year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required
  • flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • results oriented and customer focused

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • preferred experience in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts

  • Training, developing and mentoring staff
