Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Basic understanding of inventory and purchasing processes

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • Assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Facilitate communication between team members and management
  • Support training and development of new employees
