- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and policies
- Handle customer service issues and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Support training and development of team members
