Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year restaurant leadership experience
- Food Safety Certification as required by local law
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- Assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Assist with employee relations
